Can you set up my thermostat so it is easy to use?
Yes. We can fit a thermostat with a large display and real buttons, set it the way you like, and leave a printed card with your settings.
What temperature should I set in summer?
Energy.gov suggests about 78 degrees while you are home as an energy-saving starting point. If that feels too warm, set it lower. Comfort and health come first.
Do you look after clubhouses and HOA buildings?
Yes. Community buildings, medical offices, churches and small shops, including maintenance plans with a short written report.
Do you do painting or coatings?
No. Coatings is part of our name. Westmark does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only.
